Who is eligible to join the Oxfam Supporter Panel and what do I have to do to join? |
Anyone over the age of 16 can join the Oxfam Supporter Panel.

How long am I a member of the Oxfam Supporter Panel and can I leave at anytime? |
You can be a member of the Oxfam Supporter Panel for as long as you like. The longer you are a member, the more opportunities you have to share your thoughts and earn rewards.
At any time, you can terminate your membership by visiting the "My Account" page and selecting the unsubscribe link.

Will my personal details be given out to anyone and why do you need information about me? |
Your personal details will never be disclosed to anybody and will be used for Oxfam research and reward purposes only. The information that you give us about yourself will help build a personal profile to be matched with surveys that you are invited to complete.

What happens if I cannot remember my password? |
If you have forgotten your password, all is not lost. Simply click here to retrieve your password and a new password will be sent to your e-mail address.
BrainJuicers®
The surveys you receive from the Oxfam Supporter Panel are created and hosted by BrainJuicer®.
When we have a survey that matches your profile and preferences, we will send you an email inviting you to participate. It's up to you whether you feel like participating. Although note that when the respondent quota is filled, the survey will close! So remember to complete the surveys at your earliest convenience!
Every time you participate in a BrainJuicer(r) survey you are helping to steer the way Oxfam campaigns for a fairer world. The greater your participation, the more influence you have and of course, the more rewards you earn.

How often will I have to complete surveys? |
On average we will invite you to participate once a month. This is dependent on the number and type of respondents we require to participate in specific surveys.
